To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous experience in a similar role

A great attitude with a genuine interest in helping others and a can do attitude;

An understanding of the care needs of older people and a commitment to providing quality care

The ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment

Reliability and a commitment to keeping your availability up to date

A mobile phone with Internet access

A valid driver's licence and access to a fully insured vehicle

Willingness to undertake a National Police Check History check

Valid working rights in Australia

A minimum of two (but preferably three) COVID-19 vaccination doses and willingness to obtain the annual Influenza vaccination each year.
