What We Look For
We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about supporting older people and committed to delivering care that meets the highest standards. To join our team, you’ll need:
Experience in aged care or a related field
A commitment to person-centred, respectful, and safe care
Understanding of the Aged Care Code of Conduct and Quality Standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid Police Check, working rights, and relevant vaccinations
A valid driver's licence and access to a fully insured vehicle
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and reflective practice
A minimum of two (but preferably three) COVID-19 vaccination doses and willingness to obtain the annual Influenza vaccination each year.
