allcare™ only collects information that it needs in order to provide its products and services. allcare™ is a private provider of residential aged care facilities providing care and services to residents. Its services include:

  • Provision of private residential aged care facilities

  • Provision of care and services to residents

  • Provision of respite, low, high and dementia care within our homes

To effectively provide such services allcare™ needs to collect certain information to ensure the health and safety of individuals and to allow us to best determine the appropriate level of care to provide.

  • Records of our interactions with you such as notes and recordings of telephone conversations you have had with our employees,

allcare™ will endeavour to collect directly from you. However from time to time, we may also collect information from other sources, such as your family.

allcare™ collects and uses your personal information to operate the allcare™ website and to deliver the services that you have requested. allcare™ also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of products and services available form allcare™.

allcare™ may, at times, contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

The enquiry functionality on our website enables you to directly contact us via an email/contact form. If you complete a contact enquiry on our website, then we may collect any or all of the information specified in clause 2.

By completing and submitting the enquiry form, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Data will be provided to allcare™ and a record of this enquiry will be recorded in our CRM system. You also acknowledge that such disclosure is reasonably necessary in order for us to provide you with the services that you have required by way of making the website enquiry.
