Our difference
allcare is different to every other aged care provider – and proud of it!
What makes allcare different?
We believe there are six key reasons that make us different to all other aged care providers:
Individualised care
We recognise different people have different needs. We are proud of the fact we provide choice over when, how and what services meet the individual expectations of our clients.
Transparent pricing
Our pricing is transparent and in line with the Support at Home Program. All service prices are agreed with you in advance and documented in your Service Agreement. We do not charge separate administration or travel fees. Your Care Partner will explain any client contributions that may apply based on your individual circumstances.
Consistent care team
Our team members are reliable and honest, and we work hard to ensure you receive care from a consistent team. Our team can also offer community nursing and clinical care services.
Added extras
Enjoy a range of services that other providers don’t offer, including social support, flexible transport options, clinical care and wellness services.
Your full circle of support
We provide a 24/7 on-call service, so that you can contact us any time of the day or night. You speak to the same Care Partner whenever you need support and services.
Helpful technology
We use the latest technology to improve the quality of our services. Technology helps you to live independently and remain safe in your home.
Your Support Plan
Your care needs will be documented in a unique goal-oriented Support Plan, based on your individual needs and preferences, ensuring that you are surrounded by the most effective supports.
Through allcare, you can access a wide range of professionals involved in delivering approved services, such as healthcare professionals and allied health providers, where these supports are included in your Support Plan.
You’re at the centre of your care
It’s your care, done your way.
You are best placed to determine your care needs, and you are supported to make informed choices about how your funding is used, in line with your assessed needs and the Support at Home Program.
