Parking & Building Access

| New client – Meet & Greet / Initial Consultation | Assisted access to the building car park | Call 1300 377 074 when you arrive. Pull into the loading bay between our building and the IMB building and wait. One of our friendly team members will come down and help you access the building. |
| Client needing accessible parking | Ground-level accessible parking | Use the marked accessible parking spaces where available or Block A visitor parking as directed by our team. |
| Client able to use stairs | Upper on-site parking | After access has been provided, proceed to the upper parking level and use the designated visitor parking spaces. Follow all building signs and directions from staff. |
| Visitor staying under 2 hours | Woolworths car park or timed street parking | The Woolworths car park is directly opposite our office and offers undercover short-stay parking. Timed street parking is also available nearby. Please check all signs and time limits before leaving your vehicle. |
| Visitor staying all day | Public all-day parking or public transport | For longer visits, use a nearby Council or private all-day car park, legal unrestricted parking where available, or public transport. |
